Ethical Standards and

Compliance

At MilUAS, we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, transparency, and accountability. We expect the same from our suppliers and partners.

  • Legal and Ethical Conduct
MilUAS adheres strictly to national and international laws, including those related to export control, anti-corruption, labor rights, and environmental protection. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, facilitation payments, or any form of unethical business practice.
  • Supplier Responsibility
We expect our suppliers and subcontractors to comply with applicable laws, uphold ethical standards, and operate with respect for human rights, health, safety, and the environment. This includes ensuring fair labor practices, non-discrimination, and safe working conditions.
  • Anti-Corruption and Transparency
MilUAS enforces clear internal guidelines to prevent conflicts of interest and corruption. We encourage open communication and transparency in all stages of collaboration. Any attempt to influence our procurement or business processes through unethical means will lead to termination of cooperation.
  • Export Compliance
All deliveries and technical cooperation must comply with applicable export control regulations. Suppliers must ensure that all licenses, permits, and documentation are in place before shipments or transfers.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection
Information shared in the course of business must be handled with confidentiality and protected from unauthorized access. We expect our partners to maintain the same high standard for data protection and security.
  • Reporting Concerns
MilUAS encourages all stakeholders to report any suspected violations of laws or ethical standards. Reports can be made confidentially, and all concerns will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.
